How much does Naturopathic Care cost?

Initial Consultation & Case Analysis | $400

  • Duration: 60-minute 1-on-1 session.

  • Included: 1–2 hours of pre-visit medical record review and literature research, plus a comprehensive post-visit treatment roadmap.

Follow-Up Consultations (Established Patients)

  • Comprehensive Follow-Up (60 mins): $350

    • Best for: Reviewing complex new lab results, addressing multiple concerns, or significant plan pivots.

  • Standard Follow-Up (30 mins): $200

    • Best for: Routine progress checks and fine-tuning your current protocol.

What is included in the cost?

Care covers more than just face-time with Dr. Chong. It includes the time spent reviewing data, researching clinical evidence for your specific condition, and coordinating your care. For more information on how we prepare for your visits, click here.

Do you accept insurance?

No, we do not accept insurance, but we can provide a superbill for potential reimbursement. We recommend checking with your insurance provider for specific coverage details. HSA and FSA funds are often eligible for use toward naturopathic visits. Please verify with your specific plan to confirm coverage.

Do you see pediatric patients?

We are currently not seeing infants or young children at this time, but welcome younger patients ages 13 years of age and up.

Do you prescribe BHRT (Bio-identical Hormone Replacement Therapy)?

Yes, Dr. Chong is currently prescribing bio-identical hormone replacement through Dignity Medical Aesthetics & Wellness in El Dorado Hills in the greater Sacramento area. She does not offer BHRT through Hope Naturopathic.
